The beginning of your exploration of the Internet normally will be by gaining access. Hypercon is driven by the desire to provide the highest quality access, to the Internet, to the area in which we provide service. We believe we achieve this quality in several respects.

Level of Access

We can offer our customers whatever type of access they desire. Shell Access, Dynamic IP Access, Static IP Access, Dial-Up ISDN, Dedicated ISDN, Network Dedicated ISDN, Partial T-1 or T-3, and Full T-1 or T-3. We will soon be providing an 800 number access for our customers who travel out of our local service area.

Flat Rate Structure

All levels of access, except 800 number, are based on a flat rate structure. This holds a distinct advantage to our customers in that they can budget their costs for Internet access according to their needs and not be unpleasantly surprised when they get their bill. We do not charge you for time on the Internet. So, whether you spend ten, twenty, fifty, or a hundreds of hours on the Internet you still pay the same extremely competitive rate for that service.

Modems

Our modems are all 28.8 or greater. No outdated technology here. As with all of our systems we make the investment necessary to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to providing you with the highest level of service possible. It is also our policy to keep our user to modem ratio at 8 to 1 or less. We believe this is the lowest in the industry and what it means to you is no busy signal.

Technical Support

We understand that many of our customers are new to the Internet. We endeavor to make your access connection as simple and as painless as possible. We provide free software that guides you through the set up process. Our technical support group is available on a 24 hour emergency basis and they are indisputably the best in the business with a combined total of 75 years experience in computers.
