Good News for Clubs

The new administration may prove to be very beneficial for the club industry! YAY! Finally some good news!

The overtime exemption rule has been halted; the WOTUS rule has been ordered to be reviewed and/or repealed and the Affordable Care Act is in the process of being changed. These all add up to what should be positive changes for private clubs. Governmental regulations, changes and updates of the last several years seemed to be repeated blows to the club industry but we are hopeful that positive changes are headed our way!
